Job Description Business Analyst Distribution Team
Understanding of Airline Domain functionalities-Reservation systems and related areasExcellent communication skillsProficiency in Business analysis tools and methodologiesWork collaboratively with teams to research, Analyze and document PSS functional requirements, use cases and supporting business rule for PSS program.
Attend all project meetings and ensure meeting documentation is completed with MOM.Excellent writing skills in preparing BRDs, FRD specifications, workflow, data flow diagrams.
Gather requirements and document the functional specifications for the project.Involved in documenting test cases, scripts in the testing cycle.
Excellent time management skills, follow up to coordinate with various stakeholders of the project team members.Produce and review Business requirement documents to ensure smooth implementation of projects.
Coordination with multiple stakeholders to ensure projects are in synch with completion dates.Proficiency in MS Excel, Documentation and Presentation is a must.
