Fully On-site in Bell Gardens, CAMust have experience in electrical manufacturing or similar industry.As a B2B Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive growth, strengthen brand presence, and enhance customer relationships within the B2B sector. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, leverage your expertise in digital marketing, and apply innovative strategies to achieve our business objectives.Responsibilities and Essential DutiesDevelop and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies for our electrical construction products, targeting B2B customers.Align marketing efforts with business goals and growth targets.Utilize your expertise in digital marketing to optimize online presence, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and website performance.Drive lead generation and customer acquisition efforts.Develop and execute print marketing strategies, including brochures, catalogs, and promotional materials, to complement our digital efforts and reach a diverse B2B audience.Foster and nurture partnerships with key industry stakeholders, distributors, and suppliers to expand market reach and collaboration opportunities.Lead product launch initiatives, creating and executing effective marketing campaigns to promote new products and services.Implement marketing analytics and KPI tracking to measure the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.Develop integrated marketing campaigns that span multiple channels to ensure cohesive branding and optimized customer engagement.Own and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI and meet quarterly/annual goals.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and project management, to define targets, monitor achievements, create forecasts, and measure results for budget allocation.Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging across all communication channels to strengthen brand awareness and consideration.Stay updated with industry trends, conduct market research, and adapt marketing strategies to align with evolving customer needs and market dynamics.Plan, coordinate, and participate in trade shows and industry events, representing and leveraging these opportunities to build relationships and promote our products.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).Proven experience (5+ years) in B2B marketing. Electrical or Lighting industry preferred, but not required.Certified Scrum Master or Product Owner is a plus.Proficiency in marketing software/tools, including Mailchimp, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Salesforce, HubSpot, and more.Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Multilingual abilities or international marketing experience is an advantage.Travel RequirementsThis position may require occasional travel to attend trade shows, industry events, meetings with partners, and other business-related activities.
