Job Description:
Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a **Data Entry Clerk** position **.**
**NOTE: This role requires previous data entry experience and is an in-office position.**
**Type:** 40hrs/wk. Contract
**Start Date:** Within two to three weeks.
**Location:** Intersect of W F J Nimtz Parkway and Moreau Court in South Bend, IN. Please make sure this drive works for you prior to applying.
**Pay:** $18.00 to $ 18.00/hr
**Length:** Long Term
**Hours** : Monday through Friday 8am to 5 pm
Responsibilities for the **Data Entry Clerk** role include:
+ Enters data accurately and detect errors along with making the necessary corrections as instructed.
+ Enters orders for processing and maintain records of data input.
+ Communicates updates with customers regarding order status.
+ Checks the system with frequency to ensure orders are on time.
+ Proofread and edit own work.
+ Make standard calculations to accurately compile and report statistics.
+ Gather, compile, and verify information and enter it accurately into documents such as reports, presentations, or forms; and office systems such as databases or spreadsheets.
Qualifications for this **Data Entry Clerk** role:
+ Completed High School Diploma or GED.
+ Must be proficient in creating reports, compiling information for requested reports.
+ Must be organized, focused, and detail oriented.
+ Able to work independently with excellent self-discipline to meet deadlines.
+ Require the ability to exercise independent judgment and employ basic reasoning skills.
+ Must have excellent attendance.
**Pay Details:** $18.00 per hour
