Here's what you need to know about our Top Notch Banquets Team:
In order to make every event a success, we need the Set Up team to help make our guests vision come to life! It's not just setting up and taking down tables, chairs and other props, it's setting the scene for our guests most memorable events! We have a great crew that helps make it all happen & you could be their next superstar!
+ Set up all meeting rooms to the specifications of the guest. This includes physical ability in the transport of awkward and heavy materials such as staging, tables, chairs, dance floors, etc., from storage area to meeting rooms.
+ Supply and replenish meeting rooms with clean glasses and freshwater.
+ Break down all meeting rooms where meetings have concluded and return to the storage closet so the room will be available to be reset for the next function.
+ Maintain an established cleaning schedule of meeting rooms and ballrooms so the rooms stay presentable at all times.
+ Perform any general cleaning tasks using standard hotel cleaning products as assigned by the supervisor to adhere to health standards.
+ Clean up unexpected spills, or special guest requests.
+ Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner that enables getting along with guests, vendors, co-workers, and management.
+ Perform any other duties as assigned by the Banquet Set-Up Supervisor / Banquet Manager.

The right person for any Banquets role will show good etiquette skills, must be passionate about hospitality, customer service, and should thoroughly enjoy creating excellent experiences for our customers. The ideal candidate will also have a friendly, outgoing disposition. Previous experience working in a bustling, fast-paced restaurant setting is a plus. Previous experience preferred for all Bartending positions.
Due to business needs, availability is a must for holidays and weekends. Flexibility in shift times and ability to assist with other areas is preferred.
