In our restaurants, we treasure the highly demanding and highly rewarding atmosphere. Our team creates a personalized experience for each of our guests by presenting and providing carefully thought recommendations. You will often become the ambassador to our city sharing the offerings of the downtown Little Rock area, special events, and unique hidden gems.

**Role Responsibilities:**

The Host performs guest service in the dining room by ensuring all guests are seated at clean and properly set up tables, receive appropriate attention, and all reservations are promptly recorded, confirmed, and executed. The Host cheerfully welcomes guests, strategically manages the seating rotation, and curates an experience by making thoughtful recommendations. The Host will have a thorough knowledge of all food and beverage items, phone etiquette, and proper seating technique.

**Essential job functions :**

Maintains a professional demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events

Make decisions and solve problems in the interest of 100% guest satisfaction

Intuitively and proactively prepare and clean all restaurant areas and amenities

Observe all operational policies and procedures

Maintains a clean and organized workspace

Maintains regular and punctual attendance

Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation

Engage with and understand our guests, including discovering and responding to guest needs through clear and pleasant communication

Comply with a dress code that prohibits displaying tattoos, piercings in excess of one per ear, and unnatural hair colors, such as blue or pink
