o9 Solutions is looking for a motivated, organized, multi-tasker, organized and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our HR team.
The HR Generalist will provide essentialsupport in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee events,employee records maintenance, and HR administration, Policy and Process creation.

You!Note : Base location would be hyderabad and this role requires travel to Coimbatore every monthWhat you’ll do for us Onboarding : Assist in new hire onboarding, including the preparation of paperwork andorientation materials.
Employee Records and Documentation : Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both electronic and physical files.
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and document retention policies.Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR-related documents, such as offer lettersand employment contracts.
HR Administration : Support HR processes, including employee benefits enrollment, time and attendancetracking, and payroll administration.
Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and general HR matters.Assist in the coordination of HR events and training programs.
Assist in ensuring HR compliance with relevant laws and regulations.Prepare and maintain HR-related reports and documentation as neededCoordinate and execute employee events and engagement activities.
What you’ll have Minimum of Bachelors’ degree or its equivalent. 2 years of experience in Human Resource activities like onboarding, HR Ops, employeeengagement.
