Were hiring a Deputy PC&L Manager
Our Interior Systems Division is looking for a Deputy PC&L Manager its manufacturing facility in Spring Hill, TN to assist the PC&L Manager in managing logistic activities of a plant and deploying the Groups Production Control & Logistics (PC&L) policy
Youll work on challenges that matter!
This job will require you to:
* Ensure customer satisfaction: supervise day to day activities, anticipate customer requirements and maintain good relationships, manage the launch of new programs within the plant.
* Assist in leading the logistics team and setting PC&L objectives.
* Ensure adequate staffing, training and development of team members.
* Monitor logistics processes: supervise day to day activites, prepare and propose the Sales and Operations Plan (PIC) to the plant management committee, assure the responsibility of the Master Scheduling Plan (PDP) with Autonomous Production Unit (UAP) managers, improve & enhance performance and relationships of suppliers and logistics partners.
* Lead Inventory convergence plan and Ensure full inventory accuracy through proper analysis in case of deviation.
* Monitor logistics performance and implement necessary improvement actions in coordination with other plant functions (Quality, Controlling).
* Assist with any additional tasks as assigned by the company.
* Comply and reinforce the Code of Management and Code of Ethics as it applies within the perimeter of Human Resources.
* Execute Management control in the absence of PC&L Manager (daily plant tour, lead top 5 and maintain dashboard indicators/status reports to monitor key performance indicators)
* Lead team continuous improvement and problem-solving projects
* Follow requirements established in Spring Hill Plant USO 14001 Environmental Management Systems (EMS) procedures and work instructions.
* Support commitments established in the IATF standard.
The ideal candidate
To succeed in this position, you will ideally have:
Knowledge / Skills:
* Ability to train and coach within all levels of the plant
* Continuous Improvement mind set

* Understand basic P&L and operational levers
* Fluent English language knowledge; written and verbal
* Analytic skills to understand contexts and define/support the definition of action plans
Minimum Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have the following education/experience:
* Minimum 3 years of managerial experience (Logistics or Production Department)
* Recommended 3 years of working experience within a production/Warehouse environment (e.g. Engineer, Supervisor, Manager level or equivalent)
* Recognized experience and ability to improve processes and KPIs within a plant using FES principles.
* Previous plant launch experience and previous management experience is a plus.
* Minimum education level: Bachelors degree in Business or Engineering; Supply Chain Management.
* Direct experience with automotive OEMs.
* Prior experience as Material Planner/Scheduler, inventory analyst, warehouse manager
