Customer Service Specialist

Position : Customer Support OfficerJob Location : Andheri (East), Mumbai - 400059Working Hours : 9.30am to 6.30pmWorking Days : Monday to Friday (2nd & 4th Sat WFH)CTC Bracket : As per Market StandardsInterview Process : Face to Face only, No Virtual Interview.

Key Responsibilities : Maintain customer accounts by recording account information.Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint;

expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.Maintain the financial accounts of customers.Prepare MIS reports of all customers.

Preparation of the sales order and all post-order activities, including planning, Dispatch and post-dispatch intimation to clientContribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Manage client incoming calls.Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to the client.

Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.

Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Go the extra mile to engage customers.Resolve customer complaints via phone, email.Assist with the placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.

Take payment information and other pertinent information, such as addresses and phone numbers.Place or cancel orders.Act as the company gatekeeper.

Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction / ISO documentation.Customer service representative requirements : Graduate with 5 years of proven customer support experience.

Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.Familiar with Tally and MS Office.Customer orientation and ability to respond to different types of characters.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
