You will be responsible for supporting the Front Desk team in the running of the daily operations and looking after our guests during check in, check out and throughout their stay.
Some of the duties will include attending the morning and the afternoon operations meeting to be familiar with daily arrivals, as well as spot check registration cards on a daily basis to ensure we are obtaining the correct information from our guests.
You will also welcomes VIP guests in support of the Guest Relations team and oversees room allocations and handle the guest complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them all to ensure our guests receives nothing but the best experience.
All to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
