Position : Business Development SpecialistLocation : RemoteTiming 7 PM IST to 4 AM ISTRole Overview : We are seeking a highly experienced Business Development Manager with a proven track record in lead generation and acquiring clients for digital marketing and website development services.
This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
Additionally, the candidate should be adept at working independently, prioritizing tasks, and managing time effectively in a remote work environment.
Key Qualifications : Experience : 4+ years of experience in lead generation for a digital marketing and website development agency.
Email Marketing Expertise : Strong understanding of email marketing principles and experience with email automation platforms.
Experience in Apollo.io highly desirable.Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with technical aspects of email marketing, including DMARC, SPF, and DKIM.
Communication Skills : Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
Social Media Proficiency : Proficiency in using LinkedIn and other social media platforms for business development purposes.
Independence and Time Management : Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
Digital Marketing BD / Sales Experience : Prior experience in finding and closing clients for digital marketing services such as SEO, website development, paid advertising, and Amazon marketing is highly required.
We will ask for past references.Prior experience in lead generation for Affiliate marketing, pay per call marketing and / or performance marketing industry experience a plus.
Responsibilities : Prospecting and lead generation through various channels like email, Linkedin, social media, contract job portals, networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and online prospecting tools.
Collaborating with internal teams to create compelling proposals that showcase our expertise, value proposition, and competitive edge.
Staying abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to inform sales approach and identify new market opportunities.
Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation, sales pipeline, and conversion rates. Providing insights to optimize business development efforts.
