Site Human Resources Coach - Kingston area Bath, Ontario, CA Randstad Canada Apply on Talent.com One of our top partners in the Electric Vehicle space is preparing to build a facility that will be a crucial part of Canada’s Electric Vehicle (EV) supply chain in Kingston area.

Our client is looking for a Site Human Resources Coach who will report to the Site HR Manager responsible for execution and engagement on variety site related HR topics.

Responsibilities
- Provide support in the execution of local HR initiatives and implementation of HR programs.
- Assist in identifying, refining and documenting HR needs and requests.
- Support with the implementation and delivery of policies, programs and processes by HR Operations and the CoEs.
- Prepare Contract and Benefit package for employees on site.
- Address employee concerns and queries.
- Support and deliver on workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding and L&D.
- Contribute to the preparation of employee relations activities when requires.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Human Resource Management or other related field or equivalent experience.
- Deep understanding of HR policies, procedures, and practices.
- Knowledge and experience working on HR Systems.
- Ability to work in a professional manner focused on customer service and resolving conflicts and issues.
- Maintain high standards of confidentiality.
- Possess strong listening and communication skills.
- Stakeholder, Conflict, and Change Management Skills.
