Role Overview:

As a Luxury Fashion Management Associate, you will play a crucial role in our dynamic team, working closely with industry leaders and contributing to various aspects of the luxury fashion business. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in department store interactions, international supplier management, and fashion project assistance.
Responsibilities:

Fashion Management

Collaborate with top department stores to optimize product placement and brand visibility
Foster and manage relationships with international providers to ensure seamless product sourcing and delivery
Contribute to fashion development projects, assisting with styling, design, and production aspects
Participate in trend analysis and market research to identify new opportunities and consumer preferences
Assist in coordinating events, fashion shows, and presentations
Contribute innovative ideas to enhance brand positioning and engagement

E-commerce and graphic design

Assist in the development and execution of e-commerce strategies to enhance online sales and engagement
Collaborate with the digital marketing team to create visually appealing graphics for social media, website banners, and promotional materials
Support the creation of digital content that aligns with brand aesthetics and values
Contribute to the planning and execution of online campaigns, ensuring consistency between online and offline marketing efforts
Utilize basic graphic design skills to create mock-ups, layouts, and visuals for presentations and marketing collateral

Requirements:

You are able to take part in this internship for 12-18 months
On-site, 5 days per week, 36-40 hours per week
You are a recent graduate from a University outside of the United States
Your studies focus on Luxury Management, Fashion, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields
Fluency in an additional foreign language is preferred due to international supplier interactions
1-2 years of experience in the fashion industry, ideally in areas such as merchandising, marketing, or client relations
Basic knowledge of e-commerce principles and trends to support online sales and marketing efforts
Proficiency in basic graphic design skills, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or similar tools
A solid understanding of luxury fashion trends and consumer preferences
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
Creativity, attention to detail, and a keen eye for aesthetics
Self-motivated and eager to learn and contribute

Competitive internship compensation: $2,000 up to $2,500 per month, depending on experience

The hired candidate is responsible for covering full costs associated but not limited to US Visa, health insurance, accommodation, and airfare.
