I'm in plant nad machinery department

Such a mind blowing organisation and let me first thing clear that it's too much hard for being L&T engineer, here is no time limit for work. shift hour is 12 but i spent 14 daily with no additional payment. but the payment scale, knowledge gain and too much opportunities for new trials in technical field.
Cons
Leave approval from superior is to much hard. i was not allowed a single day of leave in my 1 year training period in L&T.

Planning & controls; Project Manager didn't assigned any job from last six months because of his Ego. He needs that all employee will come in his cabin and say Good morning then he will be happy. Very bad in some projects

Project Manager acts as a Hitler. They don't want to listen juniors or equivalent to him. always using abusing words in normal talking and always shouting on subordinate. always favouring south Indians

They asked for project related to our experiences but during joining they will ask to join in different project. Management and not listening of colleagues. They are holding big amount as retention amount. for PLR also doing partiality
