Company is very good for Job security and learning, everybody working with coordination and as team. Other benefits like salary/appraisal are very good.

Nokari is Nokari, wherever you do you will never satisfied, Overall experience is Good with L&T.

Pros
L&T Company is to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i'm a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base. on site travel is completely dependent on your project and client's location. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.
Cons
Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. There is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

I really enjoyed working at L&T and wanted to do more and add more value. But, as my ideas were least noticed and were not acceptable against the pre-existed system. So, I opted out. But,for someone who is very conventional, it is a great place to work

Pros
Working here is like working in a semi-government organisation with a bit old hierarchy following management, tedious procedures to be followed even to get basic intranet which is mandatory for the job. Salary and appraisal wise its a pretty good organisation to work in. But, there's very little space for innovation. Work life balance is poor in some of the departments.
Cons
Slow growth, little space for innovation. New ideas and tools were not appreciated.
