Reports to: Coordinator of Food Services
Salary/Benefits: $18.54 per hour. These positions do not include health insurance.
Availability: 2022-2023 School Year

Southern Lehigh School District is seeking dynamic, motivated individuals to join our Food Services department as Food Service Workers. Experience working in schools and cafeteria food service settings preferred. These are part-time positions. These positions do not include health insurance. Limited leave time benefits are provided.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED Required

Position:
The Food Service Worker positions work under the supervision of the Lead Food Service Worker and in collaboration with a kitchen team in the preparation and serving meals to students and staff. Experience in the food service industry is preferred.

Experience / Credentials:
The Lead Food Service Worker should have experience with increasing levels of responsibility in the industry. Must have or be able to obtain ServSafe certification within one (1) calendar year of employment and maintain certification.

Southern Lehigh School District is located approximately 1 hour north of Philadelphia and 15 minutes south of Allentown. Southern Lehigh is committed to educational excellence and dedicated to developing in each student a passion for learning.
