Job Description:

*Residential Support Worker Children's Homes*
*Location: Thringstone, Leicestershire*
*Salary: £21,294 - £22,916 (£10.50 - £11.30 per hour) plus £3000 - £6000 pa for sleep-ins. (£62.64 per sleep-in)*
*Shift patterns - *Full time working long day shifts plus sleeps (approx. 4-6 sleep ins per month)
Full UK driving licence is required for this role.

*What do you need?*

* Experience and previous qualifications are not necessary but are welcome and will be recognised in your hourly pay rate.
* You need to be able to work flexibly in caring for the children. This will include working shifts and sleep-ins with full-time and part-time hours being available.
