Summary:
Assures proper control of the parts inventory and related administrative functions.

Location: Bergey's Truck Center, Carlisle, PA

Essential Duties:

Responsible for clerical Inventory Control functions for assigned branches.
Process branch orders.
Run specified weekly reports to branches.
Set up part numbers.
Research any questions or problems for assigned branches.
Work on "On Order" file with Allentown and Uniontown.
Attach write-ups.
Help with filing open/closed PO's.
Help with price changes and file maintenance.
Back up inventory control department as directed.
Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

Communicate effectively and professionally with teammates and internal/external customers
Maintain a professional appearance and atmosphere in the office
Must have a valid driving license and successfully complete pre-employment background checks and drug screening

Education and or Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
