Job Description:

Temporary PA - Full time role based working onsite in Bicester offering an hourly rate of £16.00 an hour for an immediate start. Providing full PA support to the CEO of this established organisation. The temporary assignment is initially for six weeks.
Key Accountabilities for the temp PA Role:
Diary management
Organising meetings taking minutes
Inbox management
Administration support
Liaising with internal teams
Key Skills for the PA Role:
Experience of working as a PA supporting at Director level
Highly organised administrations skills with meticulous attention to detail
Strong time management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Adaptable in a changing environment
Proficient in MS Office, in particular PowerPoint and Word
Excellent problem-solving skills
What\'s in it for you:
£16.00 an hour paid weekly, a week in arrears
Full time 37.5 hours a week
Working onsite in the Bicester office
Free onsite parking
